Independent Auditing Services

The vendor is required to provide that independent audit of its financial statements for fiscal years 2025 through 2029, with the option of auditing the financial statements for the subsequent five fiscal years in conformity with the requirements contained herein.
- The audit must be conducted in accordance with generally accepted government auditing standards (GAGAS), government auditing standards issued by the comptroller general of the country, and applicable federal and state laws, including requirements set forth by the department of legislative services.
- Budget for fiscal year 2025 of $261,917,617.
