External Audit Services

The vendor is required to provide that annual audit of its financial statements in accordance with the following requirements:
• Generally accepted auditing standards in the country
• Office of management and budget 2 cfr part 200 uniform administrative requirements, cost principles and audit requirements for federal awards subpart f – audit requirements
• Government auditing standards, issued by the comptroller general of the country
• AICPA professional standards governing special reports.
