Annual Comprehensive Financial Report Preparation Services

The Vendor is required to provide annual comprehensive financial report (“ACFR”) preparation services.
- ACFR Work will include but not limited to the following tasks:
• Help with fund financial statements
• Notes and supplementary information
• General and capital fund schedules of revenues and expenditures
• Financial trends and other statistical information
• Management’s discussion and analysis
• Other duties as requested
- Retains ultimate responsibility for the approval and dissemination of the ACFR.
- Facilitates the coordination of scheduling of all deliverables required for report preparation with and between the independent auditor and the selected proposer/preparer firm.
- Is responsible for the preparation and fair presentation of the financial statements in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the states.
- Ensures that the ACFR complies with the latest required board statements applicable to the year-end audit.
- Provides all necessary disclosures required to produce the management discussion and analysis (MD&A) and the statistical section of the financial statements.
- Provides a final draft of the ACFR for the independent auditor firm’s and the selected proposer/preparer firm’s review before it is distributed.
