Audit Services

The vendor is required to provide audit and not-for-profit tax services for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026.
- The independent audit firm is selected by, and delivers results to, agency audit committee, which is made up of three to five appointed members of the board of directors.
- audit services and reports are those required by government auditing standards and the office circular a-133 compliance supplement.
- Audit firm is selected, continuation of services in subsequent fiscal years is dependent upon assessment and recommendation by the audit committee to agency board of directors in January of each year.
• Audit of June 30, 2026 financial statements.
• Office -circular a-133 single audit and data collection form
• Preparation of the 2025 federal form 990
• Recommendations and observations noted during the audit process.
• Availability for year-round consultation on an as-needed basis.
