The vendor is required to provide financial advisors to evaluate the city sewer system and review, analyze and prepare a report.
- The independent advisor shall:
1. Evaluate the agency sewer system and review, analyze and prepare a report on the following:
• The value of the system;
• The short- and long-term impacts to rate-payers of the cash-flow structure of a proposed sale of the utility.
• Status and condition of sewer utility fund
2. Become familiar with the agency procedures, presentation and coordinating requirements necessary for the effective performance of the services.
3. Coordinate its activities with the agency engineers, attorneys, and business administrator throughout the course of this contract.
4. Deliver a report summarizing the completed analysis and provide an assessment of potential pros and cons of a sale of the sewers.
5. Promptly, following contract execution, establish a means of coordinating and reporting its activities with the designated agency liaison to ensure an expeditious exchange of information.
