Accessibility Audits Services

The Vendor is required to provide the accessibility audit is to enhance inclusivity and ensure that all spaces meet the necessary standards for accessibility, including the city accessibility technical standard.
- The audit will assess whether the facilities are functioning as intended, identify any barriers or issues that may hinder access, and pinpoint necessary improvements and repairs.
- Onsite visits will be visual, non-destructive, inspections of the specified facilities. 
- The inspections will be used to produce a comprehensive quantitative and qualitative assessment of facility accessibility, identifying existing barriers;
- Informal interviews with key facility staff and the city accessibility - legislative services department may be conducted to gain an understanding of users group service requirements and current facility related matters.
