Enterprise Risk Management and Internal Audit Services

The Vendor is required to provide enterprise risk management and internal audit services with supporting advisory and research services that provides strategic insight, market intelligence and expert guidance to support program delivery.
•    Access to research and market intelligence on risk, audit, legal, compliance, fraud, corporate sustainability (ESG), etc. 
•    Access to a database of frameworks, tools, templates, and training. 
•    Direct advisory services including analysts and subject matter experts, including review and feedback on specific deliverables. 
•    Support in identifying priorities and planning implementation, including quarterly meetings to provide recommendations and discuss progress. 
•    Support developing training to build organization capabilities. 
•    Support in surveying and workshop development. 
•    Access to live and virtual events including CPD hours as well as webinars for learning opportunities around risk, legal compliance, audit etc. 
•    Data on emerging risks and risk trends that could impact our operations and controls to mitigate risks. 
•    Insight into best practices of leading or similar organizations to enhance risk and audit operations and deliver value to the business. 
•    Access to a dedicated account manager.
