Auditing Services

The Vendor is required to provide to audit its draw games, special event drawings, ticket destruction, and to monitor the computer control center to ensure the lottery games are conducted with credibility and efficiency.
- Audit services are needed to ensure the integrity of the lottery draw process for players. 
- The auditor ensures that all processes are being performed correctly and accurately. 
- Auditors are required to monitor the daily mid-day and evening computerized drawing activities 365 days a year for the office.
- Computerized draw
•    Provide required equipment pre-checks as well as perform necessary monitoring and verification of activities during the daily performance of the computerized drawings.
•    Review and make recommendations to assist in establishing the necessary controls to ensure the ongoing integrity of standard operating procedures for the computerized drawing system.
•    provide guidelines and information for the contractor to develop monitoring methods and forms Based on the office of procedures to perform the computerized midday and evening drawings.
o    Review all aspects of the drawing operation and recommend changes, modifications and additional safeguards to ensure the integrity of the drawings; 
o    monitor the computerized midday and evening drawings from a time specified by office of lottery and gaming, Sunday through Saturday; shall monitor the computerized drawings from 12:30pm through 2:30pm and 6:30 through 8:30pm Sunday THROUGH Saturday; 
o    Arrive at the designated draw site one hour and forty-five minutes prior to the beginning of the draw start time; 
o    Develop all auditing forms used to document the procedures of the computerized drawings. 
o    All forms must be approved and accepted by the office of lottery and gaming before use;
o    And throughout the drawing process, the contractor shall complete the forms immediately after the completion of each drawing program. 
o    The original shall be given to the office of lottery and gaming’s program manager, and the contractor shall retain a copy to be accessed by the district at any time.

17.    Observe the release of the winning numbers to the portal system and upload to YouTube;
18.    Certify that the winning numbers information fax sheet is accurate before the program manager transmits to media
