External Audit Services

The Vendor is required to provide to financial transparency and regulatory compliance, the Town is seeking professional audit services to support is annual financial reporting and disclosure.
- The audit will include:
•    The Town's annual financial statements
•    Tangible capital asset schedules
•    ARO (Asset Retirement Obligations) adjustments and compliance
•    LAPP (Local Authores Pension Plan) contributions and disclosures
•    Management letter and audit findings
•    Preparation of the Financed information Retum (FIR)
- Audit Planning and Engagement:
•    Coordinate with administration to ensure timely and efficient completion of the year-end process and fldwork.

- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
