Auditing Services

The vendor is required to provide professional auditing services of financial statements.
- The auditor to express an opinion on the fair presentation of its annual comprehensive financial report in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles.
- The city also desires the auditor to express an opinion on the fair presentation of its combining and Individual fund financial statements and schedules in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles. 
- The city desires the auditor to express an opinion on the fair presentation of its annual comprehensive financial report presented separately for its community redevelopment agency in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles.
- The city expects to be subject to single audit examination in each fiscal year of the contract and desires the auditor to express an opinion on compliance and internal control in accordance with office circular a-133.
- Budget of $201,720,799 in fiscal year 2025.
