Comprehensive Audit and Support Services

The vendor is required to provide comprehensive audit and support services for include:

Assessment
    •  Review school-wide multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) plans and documents
    •  Conduct staff interviews, surveys, and focus groups
    •  Analyze student outcome data (attendance, academic performance, discipline, etc.)
    •  Evaluate tier 1, tier 2, and tier 3 intervention frameworks
    •  Identify gaps in data systems, universal screening, progress monitoring, and decision rules

Recommendations, implementation, and support
    •  Deliver detailed reports for each school with strengths, challenges, and opportunities
    •  Prioritize action steps for short-term and long-term improvement
    •  align recommendations with district strategic plans and equity goals
    •  Facilitate training workshops for school staff and leadership teams
    •  Offer coaching and consultation for intervention planning and progress monitoring
    •  Provide tools and resources for sustaining MTSS fidelity and scalability

• Collaborate with school teams to develop internal capacity.
