Senior Financial Advisory Services

The vendor is required to provide senior financial planning, advisory and execution services to support its work on the large and complex development projects and potentially its major capital projects.
- The consultant may be required to be public record through various means such as but not limited to:
•    Inclusion on the board of commissioners of public utilities website; and 
•    Disclosure to the public pursuant to the provisions of the access to information and protection of privacy act, 2015, SNL 2015, c a-1.2, as amended (“ATIPPA”).
•    Representing company in formal meetings and proceedings with external stakeholders such as the public utilities board, government, or others, as required.
- The following services:
•    Providing strategic and tactical advice on finance matters related to the projects as well as company’s major capital projects; 
•    Working with company on financial and treasury issues; 
•    Working with company team members and other company consultants (power sector, financial advisors, legal) and government representatives to provide financial advice that takes into consideration (as required): commercial, financial, power sector, legal, engineering requirements; 
•    Engaging in preparation of financing plans and supporting the execution of those plans.
