The Vendor is required to provide for fiscal and program monitoring services.
- Provide independent monitoring to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and evaluate fiscal accountability, program performance.
- Plans to engage individuals or firms to carry out fiscal and program monitoring services for Program Year 2025 & 2026 (which coincides with the agency fiscal year 2026 which begins October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026).
- A risk assessment must be performed at least on an annual basis to determine which high risk subrecipient and high risk areas within individual subrecipient’s operations will be reviewed.
- The Risk Assessment is categorized into the following areas:
