External Audit Services

The Vendor is required to provide external audit services for a three-year (3) period, commencing with the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025.
- The audit shall meet all legislative requirements as necessary for a municipal audit.
- The audit shall include the examination, analysis and documentation of the operating systems, control programs and procedures, and financial records of the municipality to the degree necessary to express an audit opinion on the consolidated financial statements of the municipality.
- Provided with a complete, organized set of year-end working papers at the commencement of the audit, tailored.
