Technical Account Manager Services

The vendor is required to provide technical account manager services for the procurement, development, implementation, operation, or management of products and services related to the provision of:
•    A single, provincially managed, locally delivered, standardized approach to providing IT services, such as infrastructure, ongoing software maintenance, licensing and purchasing, to the agency care system. 
•    A variety of programs and services giving health care providers electronic access to important patient information, such as laboratory results, medical imaging reports and prescriptions, from anywhere in the province. 
•    Agency registration process and the issuance of birth, stillbirth, marriage, death and genealogy certificates.
