Financial Advisor Consulting Services

The vendor required to provide financial advisor will perform a variety of tasks, including but not limited to providing independent financial advice based on the best interest of the city, analyzing the financing needs of the city, preparing an official statement, assisting in the selection of an underwriter or organizing competitive sales, marketing and conducting the sale, preparing feasibility studies, dealing with rating agencies, assisting with continuing compliance filings, etc. 
- The financial advisor will be prohibited from acting as the underwriter on any debt issuance during the term of the contract.
