External Financial Audit Services

The Vendor is required to provide auditor to carry out an annual examination of its records and financial statements.
- Emergency shelter and crisis services, outreach, and education to our diverse rural and urban communities
- Advocacy and support to individuals, families, children, and youth
- Community education and awareness to counteract abuse, promoting social change through inclusive feminist work
- Support in navigating community social services through our active collaboration with our community partners.
- The audit must be in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards to express an opinion on the fair presentation of agency consolidated financial statements in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles.
- The Auditors shall issue a written opinion on the fair presentation of the consolidated financial statements in conformity with generally accepting accounting principles, suitable for printing with the financial statements.
- Year-end working papers include but not limited to the following:
•    Supporting documentation for all significant asset and liability accounts.
•    Comparative analysis of current and prior years’ accrual financial results.
•    Comprehensive analysis of current actual financial results to budget.
•    Audit confirmation requests to providers of funders, insurers, and legal services.
