Audit Services

The vendor required to provide audit will cover the fiscal year from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025; and up to three (3) subsequent years, for a total of four years.
- The county staff will prepare the annual comprehensive financial report (ACFR) using report templates provided by the successful audit firm.
- The templates must include all information necessary to comply with reporting standards in effect for the audit period, except for the client-specific information the county will provide.
- The successful auditor shall communicate in a letter to management about any reportable conditions found during the audit.
- A reportable condition shall be defined as a significant deficiency in the design or operation of the internal control structure which could adversely affect the organization’s ability to record, process, summarize and report financial data consistent with the assertions of management in the financial statement.
