The Vendor is required to provide forensic audit and internal controls assessment services for include:
• Project initiation and kickoff
• Inventory and asset records review
• Equipment assignment and custody review
• Equipment return and separation procedures review
• Internal controls assessment
• Identification of findings and irregularities
• Reporting and recommendations.
