•    Platform’s core features: language availability, real-time captioning accuracy, and AI model capabilities.
•    Provide an overview of how your platform integrates with tools like zoom, Microsoft teams, WebEx, and in-person events
•    Outline any internet bandwidth, hardware, or software compatibility requirements for city departments using your system.
•    Platform protects user privacy and data. 
•    Include information about data encryption, server locations, and data retention policies.
