Utility Mapping with AI Services

The vendor is required to provide utilize mapping artificial intelligence (AI) for the mapping of utilities for various design projects throughout the state.
- Provide a subscription-based application for an unlimited number of users, support, maintenance, training, and utility mapping research.
- Provide an online subsurface mapping platform that provides both subsurface and above ground utility information.
- Compliant with the, ensuring compatibility with major GIS and cad applications.
- Platform must provide agency capability to export the data for sharing with utility companies and third parties under contract. 
- Provide troubleshooting and training as needed. demonstrate the efficiency and usefulness of completing utility mapping utilizing AI.

•    The platform securely upload user provided records and incorporate them into the dataset without corrupting other customer data
•    The provided platform utilizes public and commercially available data as inputs into its data combining techniques, including computer vision models without requiring on-site fieldwork
•    The platform share utility data through web interfaces and supports connections with other systems using standard geospatial formats like SHP, GEOJSON, and dwg
•    The platform provide coverage for both underground and above-ground utility data using AI and machine learning to combine information
