Data and AI Staff Augmentation Services

The vendor is required to provide data and AI staff augmentation services to provide ongoing, on-demand consulting and delivery services in data, architecture, and artificial intelligence (AI).
- These needs are expected to span the following core areas:
1. Data delivery: 
•    Provide experienced data engineers, data scientists, and analysts to assist with the end-to-end delivery of data solutions. 
•    A track record of working alongside and mentoring internal development resources is considered important in this case. 
•    The expertise desired in this area includes data ingestion, transformation, and modeling to support business intelligence, analytics, and other data-driven initiatives.
2. AI architecture and implementation: 
•    Offer expertise in designing and implementing AI solutions and identify new AI-based paradigms that are impacting other technical domains such as integration 
•    this includes providing AI architects and machine learning engineers who can guide our team in Building scalable, robust, and responsible AI systems that align with our strategic goals. 
•    In the short term, we are specifically seeking support to define a technology assessment framework in order to identify AI augmentations that expand an application’s current scope in our organization and expertise to identify trends for agent-to-agent communication protocols EG. 
•    MCP that can better equip agents with tools, knowledge and memory.
3. Agile product management and leadership: 
•    Provide experienced product managers and team leads who can drive outcomes, not just outputs. 
•    This includes supporting agile delivery methodologies, prioritizing backlogs, ensuring alignment with business stakeholders, driving strong agile practices in JIRA, and mentoring our internal staff on best practices for data and AI product development. 
•    These folks may be asked to collaborate with stakeholders to align on vision and goals for specific initiatives; communicate project progress, risks, and issues; bridge the gap between business need and technical feasibility, coordinate resources, and ensure alignment with overall organizational strategy.
4. Google cloud ecosystem expertise: 
•    A critical requirement for this engagement is deep domain experience within the google cloud platform (GCP) environment. 
•    Resources must be highly proficient with key google services and technologies, including but not limited to big query, cloud storage, dataflow, vertex AI, and looker.
