The Vendor is required to provide market research to identify and evaluate available technologies that leverage artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance monitoring and analysis of inmate communications. 
- The goal is to improve safety, security, and operational efficiency within correctional environments through the integration of such technologies with existing inmate telephone and messaging systems.
