•    Proficient in understanding and transcribing medical terminology, with a preference for systems specializing in veterinary medical terminology and workflows. 
•    Ability to accurately understand and transcribe a variety of dialects, languages, and accents. 
•    Capable of real-time transcription and summarization of history taking, physical exams, clinical conversations, and medical procedures. 
•    Can generate formatted soap notes, discharge summaries, client communication documents, and visual elements such as dental charts and body maps. 
•    Offers customizable templates to support diverse clinical scenarios that can either be available practice wide or assigned to specific doctors. 
•    Compliant with advanced security protocols to protect patient data. 
•    Includes a smartphone app that allows users to make outgoing phone calls and provides a transcription and summary of those calls. 
•    Must also support setting a custom outgoing caller id. 
•    Ability to configure custom roles and administrative permission levels based on user groups. 
•    Advanced filtering options within the software, including filtering by species, patient id number, specialty service seen, user group, etc.
