The vendor is required to provide information technology (IT) cybersecurity and artificial intelligence (AI) support services for include:
•    Artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning: AI strategy, governance, prototyping, model training, validation, and ethical AI use. 
•    Process automation: robotic process automation (RPA), workflow design, and automation of routine government tasks. 
•    Process reengineering: redesign of business processes, lean six sigma methods, efficiency improvements enabled by technology. 
•    Technology advisory services: IT strategy, roadmaps, emerging technology scans, IT portfolio management, procurement support. 
•    Cybersecurity advisory: risk assessments, compliance support, security architecture guidance, incident response planning. 
•    Data and analytics: data governance, business intelligence, dashboards, predictive analytics, and cloud-based solutions. 
•    Change management and training: organizational adoption strategies, training programs, and workforce transition support. 
•    IT and AI implementation support of process and equipment.
