The Vendor is required to provide comprehensive regulatory analysis and deregulation consulting services through a model powered by advanced agentic Artificial Intelligence systems.
- AI-assisted Analysis of Regulations: Agentic AI review of state regulations to determine whether regulations comply with state and federal law and to identify conflicts, redundancies, and compliance gaps;
- AI-assisted research and analysis for topics selected by the state Regulatory Efficiency Advisory Panel;
- AI-generated analysis supporting the creation of biennial legislative recommendations;
- Immediate AI analysis of proposed rules for statutory compliance, economic impact, and plain language requirements; and
- Comprehensive dashboard with real-time regulatory progress tracking, agency performance metrics, and automated alerts.
