The vendor is required to provide learning management system (LMS) platform with AI capabilities, high availability, and scalability that includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Migration of services from existing course content and data
• Implementation of standardized course templates to ensure consistency across academic programs is important.
• Tools and features that support accessibility, mobile responsiveness, and universal design for learning (UDL).
• Must be able to provide distinct areas for academic courses
• Data are a rolling three academic years
- Artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities
• Embedded AI implementation provided by the offeror (e.g., native AI tools, assistive AI technologies, etc.) that is fully act compliant.
• Capability for third-party AI integrations.
- Integration with Ellucian colleague, slate, and other systems
• Seamless, real-time integration with the university’s student information system (SIS) Ellucian colleague and CRM (slate).
• Capability to integrate with additional third-party learning tools that may include but is not limited to AI, YUJA, Turnitin, Responds lockdown browser, and yellow dig.
- Single sign-on (SSO) and user authentication
• Integration with the university’s existing single sign-on (SSO) solution for seamless and secure user access.
- Security and data privacy
• SaaS-based, cloud-hosted solution that is highly secure, meeting FERPA, GDPR, and other regulatory requirements.
