Al Ritchie Arena Concession Services

The vendor required to provide the operation and management of food and beverage services at the concession at the arena for its customers and visitors.
- These services shall be provided in a way that:
•    Is service-oriented with a food and beverage menu that responds to customer wants and needs and includes a selection of healthy options;
•    Considers customer satisfaction, facility cleanliness, consistent food quality, and revenue growth as its priorities; 
•    Considers the community impact of the service on the arena; and 
•    Ensures that the city receives adequate and appropriate compensation from the successful proponent.
