The vendor required to provide to develop custom AI tools to solve unique business challenges.
- Assist a small number of tourism businesses to realize operational efficiencies using custom AI tools, based on discussion and needs analysis with each business.
- The solutions for each business will be different and could range from things like custom online chat responses to custom online booking solutions or point of sale options.
- Identified requirements
•    Review current operational process and identify ways AI could create efficiencies; 
•    Make business-specific recommendations on custom AI solutions to address the opportunities identified in the business analysis; 
•    Create a custom A! tool(s) based on the recommendations; and, 
•    Provide staff training and follow up to ensure the AI solution achieves intended outcomes.
