AI Agent Services

The vendor required to provide autonomous artificial intelligence (AI) agent solutions for undergraduate student-facing services for the entire university system.
- Recruitment based requirements
•    Expedite, increase, and improve accuracy in transcript evaluation for admissions and student onboarding, including GPA calculation for the purpose of admissions evaluation, academic course placement, and transfer credit articulation. 
•    University receives approximately 30k applications annually. 
•    Assign an AI agent a “territory” based on population, geography, major, or funnel progression, expanding reach in growing markets. 
•    Enhance the static drip campaigns with personalized messaging across all channels, including text, phone, email, and chat. 
•    Call students in prospect campaigns and customize call based on state, major, and GPA. 
•    Serve as a 24/7 helpdesk to future university students and families by responding to inbound email, text, phone, and chat, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Retention based requirements
•    Ability to complete retention tasks with specific call to action (CTA) with designated populations. examples: email students who have 60 semester credits and have not completed writing portfolios and get them to submit work. 
•    Call students who have not registered in at least 12 credits for a certain semester and schedule appointments with advisors. 
•    Ability to serve as 24/7 helpdesk for current university students, families and others by responding to inbound email, text, phone, and chat, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
•    Enhance and support academic advising by evaluating degree progress and identifying courses needed to complete degree.
•    Provide separate pricing for any autonomous AI solutions that it offers to higher education to better support students after enrolling at university.
