The vendor is required to provide needs assessment administration services shall manage scheduling, administering and submitting, the responses to the SIS-ATM and additional questions into the SISOnline platform.
- Provide, use, and maintain a web-based scheduling system that meets office requirements for the scheduling of assessments and data collection and reporting.
- Administer a statewide standardized needs assessment to individuals participating in all office programs specified in the proposal.
- Deliver and enter accurate assessments into sis online, which includes, but is not limited to, requiring that all sis assessors receive bi-annual (every six months) interviewer reliability and qualification reviews (“IRQR”) training performed by an department qualified trainer.
- Timely enter data of all assessment results into office designated information system.
- Engage providers and stakeholders, which includes, but is not limited to, creating and updating stakeholder resources related to the sis assessment and providing a website that makes available current resources for stakeholders and conduct stakeholder meetings.
- Create and distribute a participant satisfaction survey following the completion of each assessment and generate a monthly report that contains a summary of survey results for office.
- Maintain document security, which includes, but is not limited to, establishing a process to protect the confidentiality of all assessment results, records, and other related information.
