The vendor is required to provide asset management product that will integrate with the city's GIS data and allow for task assignment, workflow tracking, and citizen reporting.
- Provide software, implementation services, training, and technical support for city staff, including work management, traffic sign management, pavement management, water management, sewer management, and fleet management.
- The city will also consider the addition of a code enforcement portal to allow for citizen reporting, case management, map-based tracking, and workflow configuration.
- The city is seeking a response from proposer who can demonstrate organizational, functional, and technical capabilities to perform the requested services.
• Established customer base utilizing the proposed system
• Demonstrated experience implementing the system
• Easy access to data through the system for generating reports and queries without the need for vendor assistance
• Mobile technology capabilities for employee users and citizen users with both apple and android compatibility
• Spatial capabilities through industry-standard GIS, including integration with existing geodatabase and referencing systems
• Asset tracking for specific assets, including the ability to track attributes, work and maintenance history, cost of asset maintenance, and asset lifecycle management
- The city is primarily seeking solutions for:
• Sign, pavement, water, sewer, and stormwater infrastructure and associated work management (tracking of labor, inventory, parts, materials, tasks and work orders, life cycle management)
• Citizen engagement capabilities to report issues and to track the status of reports
• Fleet management
• Code enforcement (optional, to be considered based on final costs)
- Communications
• Be available in a timely manner, in person, by telephone, fax, or e-mail, for consultation or advice;
• Follow established city policies and procedures whenever providing consultation or advice to city representative(s) and implement revisions to procedures where needed;
• Be familiar with state and federal laws relating to the city;
• Provide periodic status reports on the services provided;
• Provide itemized monthly invoices of charges; and
• Advise and participate in meetings as requested by the city.
