Assessment Services

The Vendor is required to provide to perform assessment services for the county.
- The assessor should have experience and expertise in performing municipal assessment services, be free of any obligations or interests that may conflict or affect their ability to perform and act as the assessor of the county, and have the capacity to provide this service in a timely manner.
- Assessor shall conduct inspections and investigations as required and prepare assessments of all those lands and improvements, excluding “linear and designated industrial properties”, contained within the county’s jurisdiction on an annual basis and with a high degree of quality and accuracy.
- A visual exterior inspection of each property, with interior or on-foot inspections of those properties where required or by interviews with the occupants at the door.
- Identify the proponent’s contact person, phone number and email address.
- State the home office address as well as the address and phone number of any local office that will manage or assist in managing these assessment services.
