Data Analysis and Assessment Data Literacy Coaches Services

The Vendor is required to provide data analysis and assessment data literacy coaches services for include:
1. Using data to inform instruction
• Facilitate 2-3 sessions at the annual assessment and accountability conference
• Deliver, annually, up to 4 full day or partial day equivalent in-person or virtual trainings on:
o Using data to inform instruction
o Administering state assessments
o Understanding and using the state sat school day
• Ongoing school support focused on instructional data use
2. Building a culture of data literacy
• Creating effective PLC workshops and cohort
• Facilitating PLC cohort meetings
• Identifying quality data to inform practice.
3. Supporting state school data platform
• Attend biweekly meetings with state data platform vendor
• Document platform usability and enhancements
• Support up to 2 data platform vendor events annually
• Provide up to 2 full day or partial day equivalent on targeted school support for data platform annually.
