Video-Based Automated Traffic Data Collection Services

The vendor is required to provide that video-based automated traffic data collection the city earn an hourly wage that is needed to support a family of four.
-Work to be completed consists of collecting automated traffic recorder (ATR) counts and intersection turning movement counts (TMCs) at various locations in the City on an as needed basis.
-All work is to be completed using video-based devices, with the exception of speed data collection, which may be collected by radar or on-road tubes.
-Contract Period/Term: 3 years
