External Digital Display Information System

The vendor is required to provide that external digital display information system for an estimated, standard timeline for installation, implementation, creative design services and completion.
- The enclosure is paramount - please include framework, hardware and brackets for all displays, insuring a safe fit.
- Each digital display will be retrofitted in the existing enclosure with all supporting hardware.
- Ups & power conditioner must be a commercial stand-alone unit.
- Bidder to provide fiber and terminate at each pylon, if fiber is found to be damaged – if applicable.
- Electrical requirements for the proposed equipment are the responsibility of the bidder.
- License electrical contractors will need to be employed to complete any electrical requirement for digital displays, ups & power conditioners.
- Bidder to provide up to 5% of spare parts.
- Provide installation, all hardware and software/licensing for the new digital display infrastructure
- Provide mounting, fiber, cabling, and piping for all equipment that is a part of this project - if applicable.
- Provide onsite management software for internal use only, configuration, training, maintenance and interface to existing platforms - if applicable.
- Provide specs, drawings, and green certification technical documents where applicable. o provide an annual software and/or hardware maintenance solution if applicable provide a life cycle summary of proposed hardware and software.
- Provide a windows base support platform summary, preferably windows server 2022, or as deemed appropriate for your proposed solution - if applicable.
- provide mounting hardware for all displays, and rack mountable equipment
- Provide monitor, and network switches for equipment.
- Provide manufacture white papers and structural integrity specifications with your proposal that will determine the facility readiness or fit for your proposed solution
- Configure each new digital display with a hostname and IP address scheme.
display endpoints or controllers will need to be labeled
- Update digital display and controller firmware o remove the existing digital displays and controllers o fiber installation must be outdoor armored.
- To minimize impact during events, the installation of equipment in public use spaces will be performed in the absence of scheduled events.
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
