The Vendor is required to provide to install new or replacement audiovisual equipment at several locations throughout the City.
- The City desires a turn-key solution in each location including all equipment, cabling, connections, installation, configuration, programming, and maintenance
- The City has standardized on Crestron equipment for all room control, and requires that for this project
- Homework Center Room
- The Homework Center is primarily used as an instructor led training center classes, presentations, in-person and webinar style training sessions, video conferencing, and other similar group activities.
- Desired functionality within the room includes:
• Video Distribution – (3) HDMI Inputs for Laptops, (2) PCs (City provided, 1 instructor pc, 1 library digital signage pc), (2) Cable Inputs, (2+) Wireless Input for Laptops
• LED Video wall and additional displays as selectable video distribution outputs.
• Video Conferencing Equipment – Connected to in room PC and two cameras (Speaker/Audience)
• Audio System – ceiling speakers and microphones.
Wireless microphones (handheld and lavalier) with desktop charger dock.
• Equipment rack
• End-user interface controllable via wall mount (non-battery), touch screen display, or other easy to use interface.
i. Ability to switch between inputs for City provided computer, laptop, EOC, etc.
ii. Ability to control cameras as necessary.
iii. Ability to adjust speaker/mic volume.
iv. Any other suggested functionality.
- Conference breakout rooms are primarily used by patrons as study/work rooms and will be group breakout areas during an EOC event.

- Library Community Rooms Technology Refresh (A/B)
• Existing AV facility, currently in use.
• Community Room can be used combined or separated (Two sides: A/B).
• The room will be used to house meetings, presentations, in-person and webinar style training sessions, videoconferencing, and other similar group activities. Desired functionality within the room includes:
• New motorized in-ceiling screens for existing projectors (City provided)
• Video Distribution endpoint from EOC
• Podium/Lectern
• New furniture that can accommodate PC/Monitor
• PC (City provided) with monitor
• HDMI Laptop Input
• Blu-ray player
• Apple TV or wireless display system
• Gooseneck microphone
• Wireless handheld and lavalier microphones with desktop charger dock.
• New Ceiling speakers and amp hardware.
• Add audio input/output xlr panel both rooms.
• Video Conferencing Equipment – Connected to in room PC, two cameras for each side (Speaker/Audience)
• End-user interface controllable via wall mount (non-battery), touch screen display, or other easy to use interface.
• Ability to switch between inputs for City provided computer, laptop, videoconference, etc.
• Ability to control cameras as necessary.
• Ability to adjust speaker/mic volume.
• Any other suggested functionality
• AV Closet with rack
