The Vendor is required to provide and installing integrated audio-visual systems and digital score clocks to college.
- A fully integrated modern gym audio visual and control system is to be supplied, installed, integrated, programmed, commissioned, tested, and trained for use in county college gymnasium at the campus.
- The control system will turn both audio and video systems on independently of each other.
- Any video source will be selectable for the media wall with audio from the touch panels.
- DSP (digital signal processing) programming will include digital limiting to protect the system from overload and damage.
- Video System Equipment:

• LED Modules, LED cabinet and mounting system must be designed for use in sporting environments - At a minimum there is to be mechanically fastened modules (no magnetic), rugged load-distributing mounting system and ample engineering safety factor ensure a safe solution that stands the test of time.
• Include integrated impact resistant trim to protect the edges of LED modules from physical impact. Trim to be fixed to all edges, sides, top, and bottom of each LED scoreboard media wall with minimal opening from the front edge of the LED scoreboard media wall to the wall.

• Include a physical push style score keeping console with wired input on the wall to plug in at score keepers' station.
• System must include all computers, processors, or otherwise required hardware, software, and training for a fully functional score keeping system.
• Preference will be offered to solutions which include extra features such as app-based control, video content triggering, customizable layouts, colures, and branding.

• Provide one input plate where score keepers sit and one input plate in crow’s nest.
