The vendor is required to provide for audio-visual solutions before enterprise services.
- Provide customers with a diverse catalog of audio-visual equipment and provide the following audio-visual services: consulting, design, installation, maintenance, and warranty coverage.
- Provide purchaser with an initial assessment to determine the purchaser’s audio-visual needs and the facility’s capabilities, including whether there is potential noise interference at the facilities.
- Provide purchaser, upon request, with simplified instruction manual(s) to assist end-users in using and adjusting settings for an audio-visual solution.
- The equipment list must include the make, model, device type, and type of system connection, cost (including the markup percentage), location, warranty period and any other pertinent information.
- Provide purchaser with detailed drawings of the contemplated audio-visual solution, including audio-visual equipment placement and systems.
- The final testing and calibration of the audio-visual solution, including (but not limited to) setting gain levels, equalization, noise control, feedback control, and echo cancellation.
- Provide purchaser with an audio-visual technician to answer questions and adjust, repair, or replace warrantied and non-warrantied audio-visual equipment.
- System connection for all audio-visual equipment offered under the contract, including whether the audio-visual equipment’s system connection is a wireless access point, Wi-Fi, or local access network.
