Audio and Visual System Design Furnishing and Installation Services

The vendor is required to provide s from qualified firms to design, furnish, and install a complete and fully functioning audio-video (AV), and control system.
- AV system requirements
• Microphones:
o 24 wireless microphones
o Ceiling microphones capable of capturing presenters moving throughout large, open spaces
• Speakers:
o Replacement of existing ceiling speakers
• Recording capabilities:
o Local audio recording for events (independent of live streaming)
o Local audio and video recording of board meetings and presentations
• Streaming:
o Maintain or enhance current streaming capabilities
• Displays and presentation equipment:
o Integration with existing projectors and screens
o Configuration of all displays (including projectors) to operate independently or simultaneously
o Multi-platform wireless device streaming to screens and projectors
o Replacement of podium setup, including control systems, presentation devices, and microphones
• Cameras:
o Integration with four (4) existing cameras
o Provide optional pricing (add alternate) for replacement cameras
o Capability for video conferencing using one or more cameras
• Overflow and public display:
o Overflow audio and video capability to the existing lobby screen and speakers
o Independent volume control for lobby outputs
• Additional functionality:
o "In session" signage integration (add alternate)
o Assistive technology including:
a. Listening devices
b. Live ai-based transcription (add alternate)
o Integration with the existing phone system for public comment capabilities.
