Video and Photo Services

The vendor is required to provide video and photo services for include:
• Video: edited video content ranging from short clips (5 to 60 seconds) to long-form videos (3 to 5 minutes or more) or as specified per project.
• Photography: high-quality, edited images per project/event raw footage: raw images and video files upon request.
1. Photography services    
• Capturing high-resolution images for events, portraits, marketing materials, and other organizational needs.
• Providing professional lighting and composition to enhance image quality.
• Editing and retouching images as needed.
• Delivering final images in high-resolution and web-ready formats.
• Organizing and categorizing images for easy access.
• Providing consulting and educational services around photo and video best practices.
2. Video production services
• Planning, shooting, and producing video content, including interviews, event coverage, promotional videos, and educational content.
• Developing storyboards, scripts, and shot lists as needed.
• Providing professional audio and lighting equipment to ensure high-quality production.
• Editing and post-production, including color correction, audio balancing, motion graphics, and captioning.
• Delivering final video files in various formats optimized for web, social media, and internal use.
• Taking drone footage when requested.
