Audio and Video Upgrades Services

The vendor is required to provide the purchase and installation of new audio and video (A/V) equipment, and the replacement of ceiling-mounted speakers.
- Purchase and install (2) 75” lg monitors and (2) 65” lg monitors. 
- blocking in walls to be completed by others. 
- Contractor to purchase and install (4) monitor mounts and install all necessary electrical.
- Monitor spec: 
• Lg ur340c series
• UHD commercial tv
• Crestron connected
• (2) 75” and (2) 65”
- Mount spec: 
• SANUS elite
• Advanced full motion mount
• Fits 42”-90” up to 125 lbs.
• Black brushed metal
- All A/V equipment is to be fed from the sound booth at the entrance of the room.
- Provide an HDMI splitter for set-up.
- Contractor is responsible for installing new HDMI cables to each monitor. 
- Re-use of existing HDMI cables in ceiling from removed projectors may be possible, contractor to confirm prior to beginning work.
- Includes replacing ceiling-mounted speakers with new 2x2 tile speaker. 
- A total of (8) speakers are to be replaced and (2) speakers are to be disconnected entirely. 
- Contractor to replace ceiling tile at locations where a speaker is removed, coordinate with agency facilities for available stock.

• Quam system 19 
• 2-way high fidelity 2’ x 2’ tile replacement loudspeaker.
