The vendor is required to provide for the provision of renewing and upgrading the audio-visual technology in the auditorium and entrance hall at the campus.

- This project includes a comprehensive, integrated sound and video solution.
• In wall controls of sound and video
• Podium with microphone, A/V connections inputs etc.
• Mixer and controller etc. with mounting solution
• Speakers
• Wireless and wired microphones
• Projector and screen
• Supplementary video monitors (including from the presenter's point of view)
• Professional grade camera(s) that will integrate seamlessly with system and teams.
• Full design, installation, and set up of all components including wired or wireless connections and electrical
• restoration of finishes including but not limited to drywall repairs and painting.
• Sound baffling
• Mounted spotlights
• Warranty replacement and servicing
• Coordinating with college staff (ex. it, facilities, campus management) for any integration, information, scheduling etc.
