Audio and Visual Equipment Services

The vendor is required to provide on audio, visual and tech system upgrade to be used in the center meeting spaces and banquet halls.
- We also request that companies include:
• Estimated timeline for installation of new products
• Average response and turnaround time to address any av, software, or hardware issues onsite
• Services offered for issues that require immediate or urgent attention
• Training services for building staff
- Temporary av support during installation
• Permanent installation of new audiovisual and tech equipment, college is requesting a supplemental quote for temporary av equipment and services to ensure continued operation of the center during the installation phase of the new system.
- Include a line-item quote for the following:
• Temporary audio system rental (microphones, speakers, mixers)
• Temporary visual system rental (projectors, screens, or large tvs as appropriate)
• Setup services
• Daily or weekly rental rates, including any tiered pricing structures or service packages.

• Signs would display room schedules and reservations for the day and would ideally be able to be controlled remotely.

• To display directory, daily meeting schedules and room reservations, and announcements. 
• Would ideally be able to be controlled, changed, or updated remotely
9. Installation of new AV 
10. Removal of old systems.
