- To deploy enhanced, modern, secure, and reliable courtroom audio-visual technology solutions for both in-person and virtual court proceedings.
• Deliver and implement advanced technical solutions to improve the quality of in-person and virtual court audio-visual experiences. 
• Establish an effective management system for the administration of newly implemented technologies. 
• Offer comprehensive vendor support services and training to ensure the successful adoption and utilization of the new technologies.
