The vendor is required to provide AV and production vendor to cover the annual events.
- Audio and visual (AV) and production services for multiple events each year.
- Provide expertise and skill that could elevate the events that the university events team manages and executes.
- Create a 3-year project with an AV and production vendor to cover the annual events that we partner with them on.
- There are four annual events that we typically use a high-quality AV vendor, because they possess products and skills outside of what our on-campus media team can accommodate.
- There are sometimes one-off events that get added to our team’s workload, that may require additional AV.
- Responsible for providing the production director and crew staging, lighting, led screens, audio equipment and miscellaneous incidentals that arise depending on the type of event.
- Larger events require more lead time (two-three days of setup), with smaller events only requiring setup the day off.
- The university is responsible for creating the project timeline, collateral, scripts, etc. and sharing those items with the production manager.
- Contract Period/Term: 3 years
