The Vendor is required to provide audio system that provides centralized control, leverages existing infrastructure, and enhances operational efficiency for staff.
- Design and installation
• A site assessment and, in consultation with staff, propose a design for a replacement audio processing system that re-utilizes existing cable infrastructure, amplification, speakers, and input sources.
• Supply and install new fully managed AV switches where required, IP-based touch panels, keypads, new remote input plates with locking cover and Bluetooth connectivity where required and DSP units to form a cohesive system with centralized control.
• Ensure all components are compatible and optimized for seamless integration.
- Configuration and software
• Program and commission the audio processing system to enable centralized control of all aspects and zones, accessible via IP-based touch panels, keypads, pc, and mobile device applications.
• Install user-friendly management software that supports multiple users and allows staff to operate the system efficiently.
- Maintenance and support
• Provide routine maintenance and annual inspections of the audio system, with prompt repair services as needed.

- Documentation
