The vendor is required to provide audio-visual equipment includes:
• Control system solution equipment, such as hardware, software, control interfaces, and accessories;
• Interconnects, interfaces, and infrastructure mounting and racking equipment products, such as cables, connection compartments, connectors, jacks, patch panels, and accessories;
• Audio solution equipment, such as audio systems, amplifiers, extenders, expanders, tuners, processors, microphones, speakers, receivers, portable public address systems, and accessories;
• Video solution equipment, such as presentation switchers, receivers, transmitters, extenders, video processors, video conferencing solutions, recording and streaming devices, and associated software, and accessories;
• Display solution equipment, such as interactive, lcd, led, OLED displays and monitors, fixed room projectors, portable projectors, and projection screens;
• Technical furniture, infrastructure equipment racks, lecterns and control desks and other related items.
- The proponent will propose and supply new, not refurbished, and enterprise-grade equipment (unless a different grade is requested specifically by the member).
- Audio-visual service includes:
• Consultation and needs assessment, including:
o System design
o Road mapping
o Evaluation of new technology
o Project management;
o Engineering and design;
o Programming;
o Installation;
o Training;
o Asset tagging;
o Technical support (e.g., documentation, help desk, call center);
o Warranty services, which include:
1. Advocating on behalf of the member;
2. Providing all warranty information to the member;
3. Where possible and permitted by the manufacturer, warranty coverage shall commence on the date of commissioning.
4. Provide written confirmation of the actual warranty start and end dates at installation.
• Allowing members to communicate directly with original equipment manufacturer OEMs as permitted by the OEMs;
• Maintenance;
• Parts and repair;
• End-of-life equipment management;
• Application development;
• Systems administration;
• Licensing;
• Integration;
• Logistics management and equipment storage;
• Shipment tracking and reporting;
• Managing supply chain and storage.
