The Vendor is required to provide to perform the work necessary for compliance with the rule, including removal of the existing camera system and the provision, installation and configuration of a new system in the cab rooms of all of the tri-rail locomotives and cab cars that meets the requirements of the rule.

• Flexibility to add new software services without requiring additional hardware.
