Locomotive Image and Audio Recording Devices Services

The Vendor is required to provide to perform the work necessary for compliance with the rule, including removal of the existing camera system and the provision, installation and configuration of a new system in the cab rooms of all of the tri-rail locomotives and cab cars that meets the requirements of the rule.
- System Features
•    Forward-facing, inward crew-facing, and passenger-facing cameras.
•    Real-time access to live and recorded video/audio via desktop, laptop and mobile applications (both IOS and Android).
•    Cellular connectivity (5G preferred; 4G acceptable).
•    GPS-based geolocation tracking accurate to within ±100 feet.
•    Fault and status alerts via mobile and email, including alerts for brake applications and system faults
•    Ability to download recordings (from desktop, laptop, or mobile device) associated video and event recorder information.
•    Expandable ability to monitor coach car cameras
•    Cell phone recognition and other video analytic capabilities
•    Flexibility to add new software services without requiring additional hardware.
