The vendor is required to provide communications AV and livestreaming support services a team of eight producers and engineers that support public meeting broadcasts.
- Meeting days and times include:
1. City council
• First Tuesday – 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. (dinner break between)
• Second Tuesday – 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.
• Third Tuesday – 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. (lunch break between)
2. Council committees
• The week of the month including the fourth Tuesday, during business hours.
3. Boards and commissions
• Select boards and commissions are broadcast.
- A/V and other production services for live-streamed public meetings needed:
• Provide a team of at least two qualified technicians to attend each meeting on-site
• Learn and operate the in-house audiovisual and streaming equipment used for broadcasting
o PTZ cameras
o Audio and video mixers
o Graphics generator
o Display feed switcher
• Run and manage presentation slides and (AV) video and audio playback in-house for presenters
o Download presentations from microsoft outlook email account
o Operate pc to load and present all presentations and video playbacks
o Assist act presenters with hand-held microphones
• Provide real-time troubleshooting prior to and during meetings
• Understand in-house av systems and streaming hardware
• Communicate with communication staff members for check-ins prior to the conclusion of meetings.
